I told the families in March there would be a point where this got hard. Not in the scoreboard way. The 41-people-150-hours way. The girls are tired, friction is up, some of it is landing at the dinner table. That is not the program breaking. That is the program working. Most of what she is wrestling with is the gap between the player she wants to be and the one she is right now.
The storming middle of any team. The project where everyone starts snapping at each other. People read the friction as a sign something is wrong and rush to smooth it over. The friction is where the growing happens. Smooth it too early and you skip the part that mattered.
